General Electric, Procter & Gamble perfected self sufficient teams in the 80’s.  Ord Elliott  developed a model for distributed leadership in self sufficient teams in the 90″s.  Can virtual or distributed teams achieve the same level of efficiency and output?  Our think tank will explore these questions and more.  We will be creating methodologies, tools and insights to manage remote teams more effectively.
